Matt was amazing from the first call. He was very personable and felt like talking to a friend who cared about the experience I had as well as the well being of my family. He was willing to do whatever needed to be sure my experience was exceptional and all my needs were met and questions answered. The tech who came to my home was just as exceptional! I live in Hyrum and I recently purchased a home that needed some duct cleaning. After reading reviews and calling Easy Breezy Pros. I described my issues to the guy on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had he said he would be able to get me on the schedule. Friday morning Tim shows up right on time. Tim let me go duct to duct with him. He showed me before and after pictures on each one. He even found a fast food cup from 1992 in the duct. I have a 2000 square foot house with a basement 17 total lines to clean. Tim spent nearly 7 hours at my house and I know that the ducts couldn't be any cleaner than Tim was able to clean them. The ducts are clean and sterile. ~ Timothy J

We were so impressed with the confidence and knowledge that Josie had and how efficient Josie and Ava were. They were friendly and answered our questions. We felt at ease with both of them here . I'm in a wheelchair and they helped me to feel comfortable. Josie is so knowledgeable in what she was doing . Ava was so efficient in what she had to do. I recommend Josie and Ava a fantastic team work to anyone who needs this done in their home. I called there machine the Terminator..I have clean air we hair clean air to breathe now.
