I live in Hyrum and I recently purchased a home that needed some duct cleaning. After reading reviews and calling Easy Breezy Pros. I described my issues to the guy on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had he said he would be able to get me on the schedule. Friday morning Tim shows up right on time. Tim let me go duct to duct with him. He showed me before and after pictures on each one. He even found a fast food cup from 1992 in the duct. I have a 2000 square foot house with a basement 17 total lines to clean. Tim spent nearly 7 hours at my house and I know that the ducts couldn't be any cleaner than Tim was able to clean them. The ducts are clean and sterile. ~ Timothy J

Matt was amazing from the first call. He was very personable and felt like talking to a friend who cared about the experience I had as well as the well being of my family. He was willing to do whatever needed to be sure my experience was exceptional and all my needs were met and questions answered. The tech who came to my home was just as exceptional! Tim was personable and again really cared about the work he was doing, the experience I had and attention to detail. He explained the process, what he was doing and was incredibly mindful of my newborn baby and myself as he worked around us. We were so impressed with the confidence and knowledge that Josie had and how efficient Josie and Ava were. They were friendly and answered our questions. We felt at ease with both of them here . I'm in a wheelchair and they helped me to feel comfortable. Josie is so knowledgeable in what she was doing . Ava was so efficient in what she had to do. I recommend Josie and Ava a fantastic team work to anyone who needs this done in their home. I called there machine the Terminator..I have clean air we hair clean air to breathe now. Our dryer vent was plugged up tight, and believe me, we had tried every method we could think of to unclog it. Our next step was ripping out the wall. Luckily, I called Easy Breezy before starting any demo! Excellent care was given by the man who came,( I forgot his name, sorry) to unclog our dryer vent. He made sure to get all the debris out, and then cleaned up all that pesky, linty, dust that gets everywhere! My husband was worried about the cleaning causing damage to the thin foil accordion type ducting we have. The methods they use would not cause any damage even to that type duct! The tech was able to get it unblocked! Hooray! No demo! Definitely recommend! ~ Vikki J

My wife and I just bought a house. The people who lived there before us smoked and had dogs. The vents where full of hair and covered in smoke residue. Some of the floor vents were full of hair and dust. What originally sold me was they use a solution that neutralizes odors. They came in and got rid of any traces of dog hair and smoke smell in about 2 hours. As an added bonus that i wasn't aware of is they cleaned our vents in that same solution. I did some price comparison before asking them dor their services. I can tell you that they are definitely on the cheaper end of their competitors. Not to mention they are very personable. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of this team. They called to let me know that they would be a few minutes late (who does that these days), and Tim got right at it. We have never had our air ducts and vents cleaned, and we have lived in the house for over 30 years. Who knows if it was ever cleaned before we purchased it. So it is possible that they hadn't been cleaned in over 60 years. Tim showed me the before and after pictures! I was embarrassed that they looked so bad when he came and completely excited and amazed at how clean they looked when he finished--almost 7 hours later! They were so efficient and did such a great job! Katie got us in next day for an appointment to clean the dryer vent in our new house and explained the process on the phone to make sure I knew what to expect for the appointment. She came out the next day and got things started and done quickly but efficiently. We plan to have them do our routine vent cleaning for our home from now on for our dryer and ventilation system. They were so quick to respond to my request for service and very thorough leading up to arriving, with a service agreement and clear communications. Unfortunately they found that my dryer vents were disconnected part way through cleaning, but they gave me next steps for repairs and a contractor contact. They also didn’t charge me anywhere near the full amount even though they were at my home for a long time trying to work around the broken vent. Very gracious, professional couple. I rent an apartment. I Didn't think I would need their services. After speaking with Easy Breezy Pros, I found that a dryer vent cleaning will be good for all places. I scheduled an appointment, they came out promptly and I can't believe what they found. look at the picture below. They found that my dryer vent line is detached, plugged, and is a major cause of fires. they got that plug cleared right up for me. They were very professional and efficient. They were great to work with! Easy and fast to get me on the schedule. I had a yucky mystery smell coming from a return vent, and they completely cleared up the smell! My home is quite old, but the vents look almost new. Vents are extra clean, my home smells good, and my furnace was even given some tlc. I had this company come out and clean out my dryer vent! What an incredible job!! She took the extra time to clean up the floor behind the dryer (honestly, only the best do that), she left no dirty rags or any trace of dirt in my laundry room. She even took the extra time to send up a camera into my 30 foot vent to make sure she got everything. Her attention to detail was unmatched! I already referred her to my neighbor. Katie and her team are amazing. We used them to clean our ducts. I have terrible allergies and I was having to wear an n95 mask indoors due to my asthma. Our home smells so much better. I’m not having issues with my allergies anymore, and I’m very happy to not have to wear a mask. The duct cleaners were quick and efficient. They were in and out in about 4 hours and arrived on time. So awesome and professional. They were so thorough and showed me what was coming out of the vents in my new house. My dryer vent was impossible to get to but they told me as much and even gave me a discount which was totally unexpected. I love that they clean the grates with an antibacterial solution and not just water especially now! We are so glad we decided to get our air ducts clean in our new house! The previous owners had pets that were giving us allergies even with new carpet. Now our air is clean and we breath easy. Also you would not believe the amount of lint that came from our dryer vent. It was basically a fire hazard. We just purchased a13 year old home and needed the Easy Breezy team to help us out! We were amazed at everything they took out of our airducts from cat hair to children's toys, and they even cleaned dirt and black dust around the vent covers.
